Also known as scrip fundraising, each players family and friends raise money by using gift cards instead of cash or credit to pay for everyday purchases like groceries, gas, dining out, that morning coffee addiction, even your family’s summer vacation.
90% of the money each player raises goes towards their season dues and 10% goes back to the club to purchase new equipment and other supplies needed to train our athletes.
You can continue to earn money in the off season towards the next years dues. The amount earned during the off season will be applied to your account for the 27-28' club season. If you choose not to play for WI Flight VBC the following season and/or do not make a team, any remaining credit gets put into the scholarship fund.

These flyers make it easy for players to reach out to family, friends, local businesses, and other supporters to help offset their individual club expenses for the upcoming season.
Choose the fundraiser style that works best for you! Depending on the flyer you select, sponsors can support you by either “buying” a calendar date (for example, October 14 =
a $14 donation) or claiming a numbered spot on a donation grid. As donations come in, simply cross off the claimed dates or numbers until your board is full!

2. Reach Out to Your Supporters
Share your fundraiser with family, friends, neighbors, coworkers, and other supporters. Let them choose the date or numbered spot they would like to sponsor.
3. Share on Social Media
Post your flyer on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or other social media platforms. Be sure to include your personal payment information (such as Venmo or Cash App) so sponsors know where to send their donation.
4. Cross Off Spots & Keep Sharing!
As sponsors claim dates or numbers, cross them off using a pen or digital marker. Repost your updated flyer often so everyone can see your progress!
Keep sharing until your board is full! Every donation adds up and helps support your individual expenses for the upcoming volleyball season.
