REQUIRED CTI WAIVER
All players will be required to print and complete a new CTI waiver (even if you already have one on file with CTI or have participated in the past) in order to participate in the 2025 summer league.
All waivers should be turned in to your coach/captain on the first night of league. Coaches/Captains will be responsible for turning in their teams stack of waivers to Kate/WI Flight VBC on the first night of league.
Players who do not have a CTI waiver, will not be able to participate.

July 28 – Single elimination tournament based on league standings
Eligibility

Open only to high school teams.
Individuals may not create or register their own teams. -
Open to female athletes entering grades 9–12 in Fall 2025.
No exceptions for younger or older players (e.g., incoming 8th graders are not allowed to participate).

Roster Submission

All teams must submit a roster before the first night of league play.

A template for the roster will be emailed along with league rules and the game schedule.

Please include all players who may participate during the course of the league.
