We believe that it is imperative for young players to receive proper volleyball training while learning important life lessons in responsibility, preparedness, and teamwork. At Wisconsin Flight, we prepare players with the physical and mental skills they need to be better athletes, overcome obstacles, and achieve their goals, both on and off the court. We provide a training environment for all skill levels to develop volleyball aptitude, build confidence, and most importantly, have FUN.

The coaches at Wisconsin Flight VBC are the backbone of our mission, bringing expertise, passion, and mentorship to every practice and game. They go beyond teaching volleyball skills, fostering an environment where athletes learn resilience, accountability, and the value of teamwork.Our current coaches include former college players, former college coaches, and former NHL players creating a staff that offers top-level coaching to all VH athletes. Our staff has trained and developed hundreds of athletes who have reached Collegiate, Junior, and Professional levels.
